The Serious Play Method

Serious Play is a method of topic exploration and problem solving first developed in Europe and then expanded upon globally. It is based on Flow Theory, 3-Dimensional Mind Processing and also the propensity of people to use story telling.

It has been found to be one of the most effective ways to get all participants to contribute productively and also to bring up potential solutions which may have been latent or unexplored within the minds of employees.
