1st Asian LEGO Serious Play Community Meeting

On 30 and 31st May 2016 the first Asian Forum on Lego Serious Play was held. Around 45 certified facilitators attended to share ideas and network and dicuss new developments and applications of LSP.

Myself, as the 1st certified facilitator from Indonesia was invited to be a speaker and share applications I have done in indonesia over the last 6 years. The topic I chose was Employee Value Proposition.

It was wonderful to catch up with everyone including Robert Rasmussen, the mind behind LEGO Serious Play in its present form. It was also nice to meet new facilitators all the Asian countries. I learned a lot, including the UMU class polling system presented y my colleague Wang Ligeng from Beijing.

Here's to a bigger and better Asian forum next year!
