LEGO SERIOUS PLAY : THE NEW TRAINING METHODS

Picture
Peopletechsjb – Most people feel tired, sleepy, and wanted to get it over time to follow some training. Many factors could be the cause. Some of it is a method of training that is not interesting, boring, speaker eventually cause drowsiness, and form of the game that is not innovative.

Currently, many companies are looking for new models and forms of training which involves many participants. It is expected that the training objectives will be achieved without the participants complained about this and that after the training is over.

One of the forms and models of training are arguably Indonesia's new Lego Serious Play is training. Training which always involves the participants to actively participate in this training program has proved very successful.

Based on research, combining the hands and minds of activity will result in a greater understanding of activity rather than just use the ears to hear and eyes to read.  How to do? Yes, playing LEGO! LEGO play here is intended not just a play. Participants are invited to make something out of LEGO bricks, while telling and explaining the meaning of the arrangement that has been made of lego. Fun!

Lego Serious Play is a fun approach to address the challenging conversations about the professional development of the individual, team dynamics and organizational strategy and planning. Through playful work, participants can engage more deeply, took creativity and enthusiasm.

Each participant build, speak, and the result is an understanding that can bring together participants from different viewpoints. The hard work is very enjoyable. This is where the participants are invited to 'THINK WITH HANDS'.
